MEDIUM RARE


Medium Rare Steakhouse, was a long time dream of Chef and owner Gerard Samouilhan, who had spent 20 years in the industry in South Africa. His dream was finally realized and together with his wife, Bev and son, Wesley, Medium Rare opened in Black River in May 2012. The concept was to create a fun and friendly family atmosphere with top quality food, wine & service. Together with an energetic and loyal team of staff the concept has held true, with a reminiscent feeling of a South African Steakhouse.
